Cane, who has already been ruled out of next weekend's Test against France due to an ankle injury, was cited for his tackle on Robbie Henshaw which led to the Irish centre being carted off with a head injury.
The citings come as the All Blacks' tactics and approach were questioned in the 21-9 victory in Dublin on Sunday (NZ time), leading coach Steve Hansen to hit back at inferences his team were dirty.
Flanker Cane's shoulder appeared to connect with Henshaw's neck region and led to the Ireland centre being taken off after only 10 minutes with his neck in a brace.
